Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience in a CFO or senior finance role, preferably within a private equity-backed company.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, and financial reporting.
- Experience with M&A, capital raising, and working closely with private equity stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
